Decide on the location and brands you want to sell in that location. It is a different matter if you want to sell online too.
Get a decent interior-more glass and chrome- than wood or steel.
Get a neon sign outside the shop although one more on the inside would also do better.
Advertize locally, through cable and news papers, but don't under estimate the power of door-hangers.
While all these can get prospective customers visiting your shop, turning them to buy from you needs additional efforts.
So be realistic on the price front, this will keep you from being branded as a wrong-shop-to-buy-from unless you have justifications to beat competition.
Keep minimal inventory, because mobile is more a fashion accessory of late and arrange to quickly get the model you may not have in stock.
Play soft music, offer a beverage or a coffee, never frown at a customer- come what may- ask for their contact, in case they don't buy at that time, so that you can follow up later.
Learn every day from every customer-each customer is different.
Good luck.

Now a days, mobile/cell phone sales store/shops are in every nook and corner. What you require is a tie with the wholesale agents who may provide some units of each model.
You may have to appoint a technician and a salesgirl, who can deal with any situation. Contraband and smuggled goods may offer a handsome margin, but trusted products servicable in the country can be a better choice.
It may take some time to identify the custermer choice. Models start from Rs. 2500 to 25000/-. Older models remain in shelf. Elder customers may pull on with older models.
Becoming a sub agent of the recent (Not latest) models can be considered, but only on sell and divide basis. You may have to have SIM and recharge coupons of all most all service providers.
GSM makes a better choice for the buyer, but some prefer CDMA which may be cheaper, but unchangable is the service provider.
Future may provide option to recharge with another service provider on the existing SIM

Of coarse! in case you already use t-cellular.. you'll likely ought to initiate a sparkling settlement era though... and if you're actually not the lower price will likely contain a service contract... you are able to continually ebay it!
