There you go, you have half of the puzzle. You feel happy and inspired, yet you cry at night. This is not good, you need someone that makes you feel happy and inspired yet lifts you up and brings you joy thinking of them at night. Don't ever settle for less than you deserve in this life. We only go around once and there are no second chances. Find someone who will love you completely, don't waste any more time on less.

Been here , done this! We have to allow our hearts to heal by giving them the tools to heal with. I loved a man beyond words. He was awesome wonderful in the beginning and then I was always upset crying shaking.......it was like he enjoyed watching me be so upset. It was control that I was to stupid to see upfront. He as well inspired me in the beginning and made me feel deeply loved. I felt so protected and lucky to have this person in my life. When the situation turned and people would tell me get out because they knew I was crying most of the time, the smiles and laughter went away I still held on. Then one day I woke and became alive again and honestly was pissed at myself for allowing someone to make me feel this way. Yes we allow this. Close this chapter of your life. Hold onto the positive memories and time shared; FOCUS on the negative and your heart will heal. Get out and find the person you deserve having.

You never forget about someone who has touched your life in that way. You just move on and cherish the memories.

don't forget....embrace. Then it just wears off by itself. It did for me. Its like desensitisation, see/think/feel enough about someone/thing soon the novelty wears off.

well...take the good things they made you feel or do and use them to better yourself...if they always made you feel bad, then it should be easy to move on...just appreciate them for what they taught you and move on .
