ipconfig /flushdns will clear it but if you are using firefox it maintains it's own, so you should close your browsers and restart them. Also if you are having weird dns problems try restarting the "dns client" services (control panel -> administrative tools -> services, right click on dns client and choose restart.

Start-->Run
