The Admiral Theater. Balls are always dropping there...
Seriously, Chicago doesn't do the ball drop thing. There are a lot of parties in different locations, but most of the time it's just a countdown and then you go home.

In front of your TV tuned to ABC7, because Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest will broadcast the ball drop in Times Square in NYC.

I think they just have a bunch of firecrackers. I'm not sure about a bal dropping at Navy Pier. I don't go to these things. I'm usually dead asleep by that time.
