Kim Jong Il thinks he can do whatever he wants with no repercussions. The Pope thinks he can publicly insult the most dangerous religious group on Earth. Hugo Chavez (who just got re-elected) thinks he can badmouth America on our own soil and allow a neo-holocaust in Venezuela. And, of course, Bush thinks we can go in to any country we don't like to "restore democracy" and hopefully make a profit doing so.
