I would say anywhere from 13 to 14 (assuming that they've never been held back). I know I turned 14 in the 8th and have never failed a grade, but I know a few people who had early birthdays and were only 13 by the end of the year, so it varies a bit.

Usually 13 or 14 although I have some 15 year olds.

13 or 14 yrs old on average. It all depends on when th echilds birthday is and what the cut-off date is for the school that they attend.
