its long and has a ruffles i have to wear it because it was bought for me, it even has light pink embrodary ive never wore anything like this before HELP

Depends on the occasion. If it is more formal, wear it with silver strappy heels or pumps. If however, it is more casual, nude strappy sandals are great. if you can find the same color blue, that would be great too.
Please do not wear white! They look awful and should only be worn by nurses or dental assistants.

If it's for a holiday party silver shoes would look festive with a light blue dress. Shoes the same color as the dress would be another good option if you can find them.

White, this look would be a great look, white shoes would bethe best for a light blue dress, and a pair of white open toe sandal high heels not to high though unless you are going out somewhere very nice.

or
Tan (skin colored) high heeled sandals.

Silver sandals, or attempt to get the footwear dyed a similar shade because the bow on the gown. in case you purchase elementary white/cream footwear from a bridal save they are going to frequently be able to furnish this service. I had mine performed to with my purple gown even as i replaced right into a bridesmaid - it makes sue that it;'s a attractive journey. I would go with silver..... silver shoes are so in right now and the shoes could actually make the outfit. Look at something like this...

i would wear silver not sparkly though or maybe even a clear shoe they sell them at payless shoes some of them even light up in heal area.they are very cute.good luck !
