Is there a way to watch NCAA basketball games (for free) on the web?

There is a FREE website that shows a couple of sports channel, ESPN and Fox Sports. But you are stuck with what is showing at the time. If College Hoops game is on, then I guess you can catch it that way.

no.. best is game cast on espn.com.. play by play scores not great thoguh
