Technology effects the workplace dramaticaly in a good way. In algebra, would you get one of those graphing calculators (like the TI 83-plus) or just a standard calculator that you can buy for 50 cents nowadays. I would choose the graphing calculators because it makes things easier. The amount of work you do depends on the tools and technology you use to complete them.
