Aside fromt he fact you'll get the snotty "In a hospital" answer, a lot depends on what caliber of surgery you want,
Some places specialize in breast augmentation, those do fabulous nose jobs, some rule at liposuction.
You need to do some research to see what it is you really want

Thailand has some good surgeons - they do the full monty with the lady boys and on the website quote prices etc. Have a holiday and get a new face / body !!
