Go to a very cheap store, buy a lot of candy and some plastic wrap/bows... if you can write a silly poem about how much they mean to you, or draw a silly picture, or even just a little note for each one about a memory of them, or what they mean to you, do so. Hand them out, a few pieces of candy and something personalized is really nice. :)

Instead of Shopping, here is my suggestion (especially with the budget you have)

How about if each of you sits down and crafts Christmas Ornaments for each other -- the cost of the supplies is very cheap (and can be found at any of the discounters or even in nature) -- things like pinecones decorated with glitter and little beads (then a string to hang up as a Christmas Ornament), another can make funky Christmas Stockings from old scrap Fabric swatches, using papers to make paper chains for the trees, anything and everything -- that you can then put away and cherish as a special sharing for this final High School year ... and which you will have with you for the rest of your life.

it relatively is generally seen suited to grant a recent equivalent to or extra effective than the cost tht the couple has spent to have you ever as a concentrated visitor of their wedding ceremony (the cost of the reception and dinner). this might selection from $30 for an somewhat low funds wedding ceremony to 1000's of dollars for a severe funds wedding ceremony. something which will final is extra suited than flora which will die rapidly, extremely if the couple is heading on a honeymoon after the marriage and can't delight in the flora. in the event that they have a recent registry, then you truly can get them something off of that. If no longer, something else could be suited which you know that they the two choose or can use. in case you get them something that may no longer off of the registry, then alway get a recent receipt in case they choose a distinctive form or form then they are able to replace it. If neither of them has lots kitchen kit, some variety of equipment is often severe high quality to get.

Take pictures of you and your Friends and frame them for each friend. You can get very inexpensive frames and even use a disposable camera if you don't own a camera.

Just get them little trinkets like pretty stationary so you can all write to each other in class or whatever. That's what I did when I was in middle school.

Like these: http://www.mg-usa.com/products.asp?subCatId=1

It doesn't look like much because I packed them in really closely to each other in my box but these are all my notes:

Why not look up recipes for Christmas biscuits from around the world, and make those instead? They will probably be appreciated far more.
