Freaky little animal things with powers that you battle with your own pokemon and then capture all of them. They all have specific powers like electricity for Pikachu its like thunder strike or somethng..and they evolve after they've learned a certain level, I suppose. Actually most of them were kinda cute! Its amazing what you can remember from years and years ago. All the boys were interested in it. When I was like, in 1st grade.

Pokemon is an anime series in Japan transfered to America. And was a big hit. (frankly it is a boring anime).
Pokemon stands for .. yes.. "Pocket" Monsters. Why? because they can fix into your pocket! No, seriously they do, when "magically" they seal the monsters into palm size capsules.The owner keeps them into their pockets!
These monsters will be summon by their masters to duel with other master's monsters. The winner will seal the defeated monster and keep them for their greedy selves.
Main plot of the story, Collect all monsters. Which is basically ... dull.
