Cleveland getting 7 1/2.... I think Pittsburgh will win...As far as covering the spread I just don't know...Both teams are so bad you just don't know who will show up..Go to www.pointspread.com I think it's the best gives alot of info..

the Browns are a 3 point underdog but they should win by 12.
