that's simple just do it, tell him how you feel and why you want to know him better, you will have nothing to loose if you do so either way if he likes you or doesn't you will know from his response but don't be too pushy about it be subtle. I'm sure the guy will be flattered that you took the initiative if he wont be he's not worth getting to know better.All the best and keep your head up

An easy way to do this would be to find out if he has an email. Almost everyone has an email address. If he does send him a friendly email talking about different things and then sorta insert a comment that maybe you would like to have a soda together or maybe meet at a burger place and just talk because you think he is a great guy and you would like to know him a little better. This way there is no pressure, and it is really an easy way to tell this guy that you would like to get to know him a little better.

You live in the 21St, century. So enjoy the tends of the century.
Few things you can do.
Try and go out with him more often, if money is the problem, go for long walks, hopefully scenic and tranquil paces.
If you think, both are independent financially and are mature enough, pop the question of taking the relationship few notches up.
If nothing works with this particular person then, drop the idea, wait a while get over it and try this site, hopefully people on this site are more serious about the relationships then most other site, that is my opinion, so here it is.

Next time you see him and have a convo chat for a min, then tell him you're out of time but if he'd like to pick it back up to call you and you guys can chat or get toghether.
Or just tell him you like his personality and would like to get to know him better.

Simply tell him. Ask him out for a cup of coffee or something and just strike up a conversation with him. Let him know you're interested. Who knows, maybe he's interested in you too.

lemme tell u guys like frank women who dnt like to play arnd ..so ask him straight that u wanna go out for a coffee or a movie and wld he like to accompany u....if he is interested in u his answer will be yes......u dnt need to tell all things explicitly...jst drop subtle hints...thats more than enough......
