You know what- where I live we hear Rus'n hip hop all the time... I CAN'T STAND IT... you want music that'll make you numb from boppitybop brainless repetition... there you go... not to mention every song sounds the same... Oh yeah, I'm not a basically negative person... better stop...
fyi- I can understand Rus'n and- well never mind...

The thing is Alot of Hiphop is made popular by the words the rappers use and the Appeal of what they are trying to Portray. The Average American Cannot translate Russian and therefore has no idea what the Song is Saying or about. Also the Original idea of ""Gangster rap"" Truly is an American Concept Born from Areas like Harlem and etc. So all in all I would Say no Most Americans Do not like it.
