Yes the water dilutes the urine very bad and it won't pick up anything on a test. Slim chance it would. Also let your friend know, dark urine is GOOD when taking a pregnancy test! You want it to be concentrated!! That way there will be tones of hcg hormone in there if you're pregnant. Have her take the test again tomorrow. Don't pee before. Hold it for about 8 hours (or when you first wake up) go get a dollar store test. Their cheap and she can do it at her house. Just follow the directions.

If it was only one or two drops of water that got into the cup of urine, then it shouldnt affect it...however, if a significant amount of water got mixed in with teh urine...then I would not use that urine. Wait a little while and use the urine from the next trip to the bathroom.
Just to be on the safe side, you migth as well wait (if you havent already used the test)...drink alot of liquids and you will have to go again in no time! ;)
Good luck!

No, the test detects the pregancy hormone at very low levels. A drop of water won't change that.

If it's only a drop in the cup, then probably not. If you had a negative result, and still aren't sure, then do another test.

Strawberry......I don't want to go against you other answers, but hear me out. When you do a drug test for a probation officer, most times he'll ask if something "foreign"pervaded the test,......what he really means is if you put bleach in it,but mentions water none the less.Since their based on the same principle, I would suppose the possibility exist. I don't want to be the bearer of bad news..........wouldn't you want to be safe than sorry....sorry......LATER
