I believe that you can notice a few things, but you wont have full blown morning sickness or anything yet. I noticed that my breasts got bigger, and I was feeling a bit 'off', but that's about it. Nothing major.
Good luck and congrats!

I'm 6-weeks pregnant now and I did feel some symptoms very early on. Your body starts releasing hormones immediately, once you conceive, so it's possible to feel flu-like symptoms and nausea. I thought I was coming down with the flu right around the time the fetus implanted into my uterus. I had cold chills, nausea and my temperature was elevated. The next day I had spotting. I took a pregnancy test a week later and, sure enough, I was pregnant. To feel better, drink lots of water and eat small, frequent meals.

There are no biological indications that allow you to confirm your pregnancy yet. The Ã-hCG hormones are only released after about the 8th day, just as the fertilised egg fixes itself into the uterine wall, so you cannot even run an accurate blood test to see a difference.
Hope that helps
Congratulations!!! if you are pregnant. I say this because the question you asked doesn't necessarily mean you are pregnant.

Yes. Both times I've been pregnant it was obvious to me as soon as it happened. I wouldn't say I had "symptoms", but I knew something was different. By week 2 the fatigue and flu-like symptoms of pregnancy had definately set in. I think it depends on how sensitive your body is and how in touch with it you are.

Possibly. I felt a bit odd to begin with, just a bit tired and feeling a little nauseous, but then it wore off about a week. Today I am 4 weeks past the first day of my last period, and I tested positive this morning
