My neice who is 4 will not go poop on the potty. When she has to go she says she does not feel well and then her mom puts a pull up on her and she goes in the pull up. Sometimes she will go 2 days without a bowel is this normal and what should she do??

Sounds like it could be uncomfortable for her because of an infection or something. I'd pop into the doctor just to check it out and then start making her use the potty if nothing is wrong.

sounds like she is scared of doing it - and the constant use of a pull up isnt helping.
you need to make the potty (or even toilet) a happy place - provide praise for sitting on it / stickers and promise a small treat is she poos in it.
As for her not going - try over the counter prune juice - she will not be able to stop herself from going then - which is what it sounds like she is doing.
However, if she still is having problems going - seek advice from a health visitor / GP as there maybe something else wrong.
