An ovulation kit helps you see what days you are ovulating. Its a lot like a pregnancy test, ( you pee on a stick and there will be two lines if you are ovulating). You should make love with in 24 hours if you want to become pregnant.

Some websites to help determine when you are ovulating are babyzone.com, babycenter.com, webmd.com, fertilityfriend.com. If you are serious about conceiving then educate yourself as much as possible and buy some home ovulation tests. I have heard many good things about the Clear Blue Easy tests with the smiley faces as a result. Read the directions carefully and then all you can do is hope and wait. You can buy one at a pharmacy. It is to help you know when you ovulate. If you can track that you then TTC on your ovulation days. You can also chart your periods on www.mymonthlycycles.com or www.babyzone.com. These sites can help you also find out when you ovulate. Good Luck

an ovulation kit will track temperature and tell you when you are most likely ovulating. That way you can have sex during that period. You are more likely to become sex if you are ovulating when you have sex.

I have never used one myself however, i think you use it to sse when you are ovulating- THey have directions on them-Just wanted to say good luck
