In case you are wondering why I ask: I often work 24 hours non-stop in my job and I don't have time to iron normally.

Never, I don't own an iron or ironing board, if my clothes are wrinkly, I hang them in the bathroom, while someone is taking a shower and let the steam iron for me.

No. I have a moral objection to ironing. What a better place the world would be if no-one ever ironed anything... all that labour, power & time saved. Most of my clothes are cotton - the creases fall out of them with body heat after a while & you'd never know. My kids' school trousers get pegged to the line at the hem, with the front creases together. When dry, hey presto, ready-ironed.

When I look for clothes, I scrunch up a bit in my hand, and if it stays creased, I don't buy it. My darling husband irons his own shirts.

When I worked in a job with a uniform, the blouse was polyester and always looked creased, but it didn't bother me. My boss told me to iron it. Pain in the neck.

I would never bother to iron sheets - again, after a night they look exactly the same as if they'd been ironed, and I don't get what's wrong with a few crumpled corners anyway.

I have no understanding of people who iron jeans and underwear - why make work?

Yes. Clothes need to be ironed. Buy an ironing board.

If a garment is horribly wrinkled I do but I do the laundry so that there are a minimum of wrinkles in the clothes. If it is a special occasion I am going to as well, I iron the clothes I will wear.

I hate ironing, I iron only when extremely necessary so wrinkled that the iron chases me. I usually can go months without ironing.
