At the most, put in 2 or 3 small cory catfish. Otherwise, you are at capacity.

As I told you before, 6 neons and 6 cardinals WILL NOT WORK in a 10g tank. They require much more swimming room. If you move it up to a 20-25 gallon tank or larger, you could add some corydoras catfish or some otocinclus, or maybe a dwarf gourami.

None, you're at max capacity. In fact, you're overstocked... cardinal and neon tetras can hit 1.5 inches, and if you go by that 1 inch per gallon which can apply to small fish like tetras...
In your position, I'd bring the neon tetras back to the petstore, get a male dwarf gourami and 4 corydoras julii or sterbai.

Try a couple of bottom feeders like cory cats, algae eaters, or maybe one plecostamus. With a 10 gallon, you really are limited on the number of fish that you can have and still have them live and healthy. You are close approaching the limit, so watch for signs of illness or oxygen deprivation in your fish if you add many more.

I wouldn't put anymore in this tank it sounds full already. If you bumped up to a 15 gal or 10 gal I would get a couple cory cats.

you're already overstocked... you should really concider getting a larger tank or getting rid of a couple of those fish.
