in my study hall the two teachers always get on people for having food and a cell phone out yet they often eat or take personal phone calls in study hall, and my principals are jerks too, what is the best way to seek justice in this situations?

EXCUSE ME!?!?! The teachers fool around too. You're fine with your taxpayer dollars going to them not doing their work when it's on your dollar? These restrictions should apply for EVERYONE.

It's different for your superiors because they already have their High School Diplomas and YOU don't.

I don't agree with the cell phone ban at all because of personal reasons about my safety but that's just the way it is.

They believe that if students are allowed to bring/use their cellphones in school, they'll just disrupt class. Plus, if gangs are a problem at your school, it will be an even bigger problem because of cellphones. A few years ago, there have been several gang fights at my school (before I went there) and they were really violent because the people would call for their fellow gang members.

The argument may be "Why don't you just take the phones away from those students and give them back at the end of the day?" But do you realize how much responsibility that is? Someone can just steal the box of cellphones and it would take all damn day for the kids to wait in line to get their phones back.

You are a student... You should not need a cellphone in school. And as far as the Internet goes the only reason you should "need" it is to do research for school work. It is a privilege that you get a free education. And as a taxpayer and a parent I don't think it is wise for me to waste my money on someone else's kid to use myspace or talk to their friends in study hall! Yet again. you are a student your "freedoms" are restricted. And, remember that your freedoms only apply if you don't impose on others freedoms.

Your first step is to grow up - realize life ain't fair and it's only going to get worse from there. You'll find the same in any workplace - and for your teachers and principal, that is exactly what school is - a workplace. I don't do the same at school (I'm a college student at night) that I do at work because I'm there to learn, not ***** about what the professors/instructors are doing.

Me thinks you might have to put up with it since you are the student and they are the faculty/staff. Sorry. Unless you say that someone inappropriately touched you. Use that as blackmail against one or all of them.
