It's amazing how ignorant of history they are. They don't know, or they forget, that their hero FDR attacked Germany (which never attacked us) and put Japanese-American citizens in INTERNMENT CAMPS!
2000 died in the attck at Pear Harbor in 1 DAY. And now they whine because less than 3000 have died in 3 YEARS in Iraq.
Perception is reality. And if anybody has a "D" by their name (like FDR) then you can do no wrong, you can even put 100,000 citizens in INTERNMENT CAMPS. But if you have a "R" by your name (like Bush), then you are the Devil and can do no right. Liberals are the epitome of hypocrisy.

Liberals DID back Roosevelt, since he was a Democrat.
In fact, everybody did. When Pearl Harbor happened, it was without doubt that something needed to be done about Japan. They attacked us, so they had to pay.
Same with Afghanistan (sort of.) They harbored the people who attacked us, and that's where bin Laden was, so we went in and took care of them.

Funny you ask that question.
The liberals/Dems at the time supported the war and it was the conservatives who were the isolationists.
And many republican isolationists were German sympathizers and wanted us to stay out of the war. Charles Lindeberg was a prime example
I think you should go read a history before you post your moronic drivel.

Actually, at the time we had Democrats (liberal, but not as liberal
as today), Dixiecrat's (moderates) and Republicans. They all
backed Roosevelt.
There were detractors and we even had protesters.
Thank you very much, while you're up.
