Create a widget for Yahoo! that filters out all the questions that have been asked a million times before, such as this one.

Try looking at other software that already exists for inspiration. Two good starting points for this are Google and SourceForge.

Google for projects.You will get lots of Idea.

you didn't specify the aspect of IT you are in, perhaps i would have been able to offer help if it was in my field (Cisco network administrator (CCNA))nevertheless go to google and get whatever you want. Good luck!!
