I was born in countery which is grouped in to what peoples call third world countries. I am so happy in that but I am not feeling that I am utilized very well. I do have B.Sc degree in electrical engineering and I am working in a very famous telecom company but because what I am feeling and what is rely going on in my life are so different I am not rely satisfayed with what I am doing in the company. I now that I have a potential to do things that my company saying they are not managable but they are not allowing me to do what I am feeling. I tried to leave the company but I don't have enough money to start my own business. I would look around the company where you presently work and see if there is a position available which you might enjoy more and could be better utilized. If you can't find what you want where you work, you can always look to another company. I think most people feel dissatisfied with their company sometimes. If starting a business is your ultimate goal, I would start saving my money and stay where I was until I had enough saved to do what I wanted.

study the Japanese concept of Kaizen. Itis a philosophy of incremental change and startegic framework.
Also desire to be creative and innovative in the workplace and desire to bring an incremental improvement in every work process or product you are involved in.
