how come when i call attorneys from the yellow pages about a doctor or hospitol, they say they are already abtained by that facility and cant talk to me. Ive called 7 now.

Attorneys must practice within the Rules of Professional Conduct. An attorney is not allowed to represent a client when there is a conflict of interest. If the attorneys you called are already retained by the doctor/hospital, it would be a conflict of interest for them to represent you as well.
You should contact the State Bar Association or a Lawyer Referral Service in your area. You can also try looking for attorneys through http://www.martindale.com

best bet go to your local library, ask for your states legal newspaper usually a monthly publication
within, it should list recent court cases and the lawyers who represented them, find a med Mal case then call that lawyer
