She has a right to raise an eyebrow at that inappropriate kiss!
Why was this female kissing you? Are you honest with your wife or do you play head games with her?
If you're a good guy then the least you should do is introduce them and calm any fears or misunderstandings that may have come up. Your wife comes first, co-worker second. But clear it up.
If you're not a good guy then you're probably busted because women are like a dog on a bone when they are sure they're being lied to! Women have the ability to make dirty preachers go public with their lies just to be done with the guilt!
Either way, just be respectable and all will be well.

tell her just that. If it's on the cheek and there's really nothing going on, be honest. Lying will only make it worse. And you need to make it clear to the co-worker that even if that little kiss was innocent, it might have cause a problem with you and her..

good luck

Looking surprised and confused: "Who was that woman?" Joke with her. She should be as secure about the marriage as much as you are secure about her when she's out with her friends (even if they are guys). There's no need to talk and argue over something so small everytime this happens or else this marriage does not have trust. Those "talks" are saved for the big things so that you two can work together by then instead of get distracted by those other smaller things. If your marriage tends to have mistrust, spend more time together.

If she brings it up just tell her the co-worker was drunk and have a laugh about it. If you turn it into a big deal then that is what your wife will think it is.

If your wife's the jealous type just blame it on the co-worker being drunk. ;o) and assure your wife you were surprised yourself. Whether you were or not. ;o) Keep peace with the wife since she's the one you live with. ;o)

someone kissed me on the cheek --- darling meet so and so --- she works in such and such a section

its not a major problem --- if your wife can not trust you to receive a kiss on the cheek in public without engaging in an affair you have more serious concerns

You shouldn't have to say anything. If your wife loves you, and you have given her no reason to distrust you in the past, then she will see it for what it is.

Unless she's the psycho jealous type, I would imagine that she could figure out for herself that that is what drunk women do; They show their affection to anyone and everyone.
