In his last stint as Labour Minister KCR of TRS has made about 1000 crores in kick backs, corruption etc., Do you think he will join the UPA government one more time to amass some more crores in rest of 2 1/2 years of UPA government tenure?

He wll not join congress unless they give guarantee about telangana.

Unless Congress gives assurance for a Telangana state, KCR may not join UPA again. But he has no go except to go around Sonia Gandhi and otehr UPA parties seeking support for Telangana state. Even Sonia Gandhi may consider a separate state around Uttar Pradesh elections, where Congress is expected to perform very badly.
