I'd be inclined to use a webmail address for this, something like Hotmail. Go to www.hotmail.com to set things up. One of the advantages is that if you don't use your account for 30 days or so, it gets automatically cancelled - good news if you're getting lots of spam etc. Then you just set up another account.

Through your ISP? Contact them.
Through Yahoo, or another free email service? Just sign up under a new name.
