About the case about the parents that kidnapped their daughter to prevent her from getting married. How ungrateful is that, I hope their marriage ends up in a divorce!

I wouldnt file charges so my parents could go to jail. After all they acted in what they thought it was best, even though it wasnt in the best interest of the lady.

The role of parents are to give advise and guide their children through their lives. What kind of guidance does a kidnap make?
Parents should stress their point but eventually allow their adult children to make their own decision, most of all, when it's out of control, allow them to make mistakes. Who knows, it might not be a mistake, and all will be happy!

I would have done the same thing to, why would they do such a stupid thing like that. If they didnt want her to get married the guy, they just should have i dont know talk to her about it. That is just dumb, and you wishing that they get a divorce shows that you would let your parents ruin your happy day also.
