i want to know that what type of nature such people hold who usually answer the question by saying" no ,actually i want to get there?
no , team was in full form.
stuff like that
are they stuborn or not?

this is called a "crutch" word.. when I took debate class in high school they said that 9 out of 10 people have crutch words, some can be umm, well, okay,yes,yea, no,uhhh, etc. in the class they would buzz you if you said any of these words before beginning to speak.

I don't know, but i'd like to know too, my husband always contradicts me with a phrase starting with no, drives me crazy. And it's like he can't help himself it just comes out. been the root of many arguments in our house, that stupid "no" word.
Personally I think it's a control mechanism. this way they still have control of the conversation.
