I carry the joy, beauty and understanding of God with me always. My best possession is that I am possessed by the Holy Spirit. Today is enlightenment plus exactly 5 years for me. Each day brings a more complete appreciation of the whole experience, the purpose of it and my role. I thank the Holy Mother for her Grace, wisdom and understanding and I thank all of you for the help you have been to me on this path.

Active compassion.
This utilizes the brain-heart kit we were supplied with at birth (your versions may vary).
When we care for everyone and everything, not just humans that look and live like us, we ease the suffering in this world--at least by the little we can each day. It is not enough to look into the sky and feel grateful, but it means a lot to be someone people are grateful for. It is not enough to feel sad, but it can mean everything when you lessen someone's sadness.
