is it nornal to be 16 and not got facial hair yet? however i do have hair in other places?

Yes, it is perfectly ok. When I was 16, I shared your concerns and I actually went to see a doctor. His answer was the men mature at different stages, some make it early, others are late. He told me that most males start developing facial hair after the age of 18.
Now, on a more personal level, I did not start developing facial hair till the age of 20 and i started shaving on a regular basis at the age of 24, so no need to worry at all.

I dont think you neeed to worry as for some people it takes time and moreover it may not be so thick. I can understand the dilemma of an youth not having facial hair as he is being teased by frinds and always have that inferiority complex. But dont worry. If you have even little, start shaving. This will stimulates the growth. But dont expect to have a very thick/dense facial hair as in most of the cases when the delay is there, also dont get very dense hair on their face. Dont allow yourself to have any complex because of this. this is very common, you are not exception. Atleast one person thats me had the same problem when i was young. I didnt get thick and dense facial hair, but it appeared later.

Sure, that's perfectly normal. Some men never are able to grow much facial hair. In those cases, it's genetic. But it is just as likely that it's just not your time yet. Be patient.

yes. some guys don't have facial hair until later...like around 18 ish

Absolutely 100% normal. It's even a blessing. Just wait until you need to shave every morning and you will look back at this time and wish you didn't need to shave ever again.
