I had this happen at work and I did a recall, but some of the recalls failed. It all turned out well and I got some laughs... Would like to hear some other stories like this.

lol, yes i wrote a very beautiful love note to my mom, lol and sent it to my ex bf, it was a disaster, and then on a funeral website i went there to sign the guestbook for my cousin who recently passed away, and i wrote i love you guys, and you two are wonderful people, i dont know what i would do with out you , randall, alice i hope in this time of loss you will be ok, and know im here for you at all times, call ... i love you again , and im so terribly sorry* and i hit send, to find out i sent it to a nother man who passed aways family, that lived about 3 hrs from me, i laughed and laughed .....

I've never done it but I have received an email like this.. my Aunt (by marriage..) that lives in another state sent me an email that was meant for her son... problem was that no one in the family knew she had this son...she apparently got pregnant and had a son before she met & married my Uncle, which back then was unheard of, I guess he found her and she was emailing him to explain why she had given him up and that no one knew... I was flabergasted.. I didn't know what to do, email her back and let her know it went to the wrong person or drop it. I decided to email her back because I didn't want her to think she sent it to him and he was ignoring her. I assured her I would never tell a soul.. I know I am here, but I never did tell anyone in my family. Talk about awkward !!
