do you know what fruit is often found in the stockings of children who live in canadian prairies???plz help me with this its for school

Well the only knowledge I have of this is first hand, not from newspapers. I was born in Regina, and my family is from Saskatchewan. Every year, my brother and I got several mandarin oranges in our stockings.

I've carried this tradition on with my own family.
