You need to begin by telling him you do not like him in that manner, and to stop telling your friends these things. Let him know he is making you uncomfortable and you do not like the attention. If this does not stop him, then you need to notify someone, an adult to let him know you are serious. Or call the police on him and file a report if you are truly that scared of him. If you can't find courage to talk to him and tell him how you really feel ,then suffer the consequence of having him around you all your life. There is no use avoiding him and constricting your movements because he is not your boyfriend anyway. You are making your life miserable by keeping quiet.
You don't want him to call you a liar,so if you don't want to go then don't. He has no reason to stop you from going somwhere else.
OK you don't want to tell him but want to avoid him. Let us do this! Spray yourself with skunk scent,paint your face with plenty of acne,grow a beard,wear dirty clothes,what else? You think that is better than saying in anice way "Sorry but I cannot go out with you! You don't have toget rid of him for all you know he can be one of your best friends. Be straight and Brave, TELL HIM!

Have your lawyer talk to him. Get a restraining order, See a lawyer.
Your lawyer will not talk directly to him he will inform him of his intent, and ask him to see his layer.
1. If he takes the lawyer. The two will talk (lawyers). His lawyer will charge him hefty fee and tell him to put distance.
2. He may not take a lawyer, he will just stay away, if not your lawyer will file a suit and ask instant police protection.
I hope he does not take a lawyer, just keeps his distance, I hope he is wise enough to do so.

I suggest you to Ignore him. If he passes away in front of you act like you does'nt no him. Few days he gets annoyed and later on he will stop scaring @ you or talking to you. I would say the best way to avoid person.....

come on be courageous... tell him that u dont want to talk to him anymore and it's ur right n he needs to respect ur decision... also ignore him... dont look at him if u see him and also dont take any of his calls if he phones u...
