Moral opinions aside, Incest is sexual activity between 2 close family members. It's hard to narrow it down harder than that, because the definition is dependant on opinion - how close the family members need to be, what classifies as sexual activity.
While it is not accepted in most countries, and is often illegal, being a sexual activity it is generally done in private, and therefore is hard to enforce.
It should be noted that incest is not inbreeding. Incest can happen between any 2 family members, whereas inbreeding is when offspring is produced from 2 people of genetic similarity.

When a family member such as brother, mother, dad, uncle or such molests or sexually abuses a child within the family. It's one of the most hurtful things you can have happen to you. It changes everything you think about yourself.
