I advise you not to interfere. Let them sort it out. If she likes that boy she shouild be bold enough to inform him and if he says yes or no she should be able to take it in the right spirit. I think you are in teens and you will not be able to differenciate infatuation and love.But always be frank and you will never regret. You can advise your friend like this if you wish to.

The problem is that if you take matters into your own hands, like telling him to ask her out or pushing her to tell him, then you will eventually be blamed if they some day break up ...
