All depends on what year it is and offset. I can't tell ya much more without knowing that, but they should fit. I have 22s on my 01 Silverado and they don't rub at all.
Look on Cardomain.com They have a LOT of SUVs, suburbans and tahoes with 24s. Just do a search by year make and model, and ask the owners of those trucks what size they have, and what the offset is, and if they rub. Good luck!
I did some hunting for you. Here's what I came up with:
I'm not seeing where any of these people say that theirs rub or that they had to modify them. I'm thinking you can fit 24s on there without modifying. A buddy of mine has 24s on a 02 Ram, and they don't rub.
There's over 1,800 Tahoes alone on Cardomain, but here's some examples:

24 in rims are 2 big for that truck, u might wanna go with 20's but you still have to be careful how you hit corners and slow down when you get to bumps in the road it'll mess up your shocks

What size is on there now? If they are within 2 inches you may be okay. But if not you may need to get a wheel lift.
