Yes, you can. These are usually called "choclate cycsts" because they are blood filled and when they pop they can make endometriosis worse.

Hell yeah. Once your body starts disfunctioning, it'll always find more ways to do it.
My naturopath treats these conditions all the time, so maybe you should try that?

Yes it is and it makes for double pain.. I only know because I had them both before my hysterectomy and they both sucked..
