Im 33 and there is no way Id sleep with a 17 year old, Why would someone in my age group want to sleep with a teenager? Have you asked yourself that? There is obviously something wrong if she cant find someone in her own age group and has to resort to a minor.

I answer this only because I have been in this situation. I am 24 and I slept with a 17 year old...and it almost got me in a lot of trouble. If you are in love, it can wait until you are 18 so you don't get her in serious trouble. Sex offense stays on a persons record forever. Love knows know boundries...but the law does unfortunately. Good luck

As long as you are of legal age, then no. There's nothing wrong with an age difference. My hubby is 21 years older than I am, we love each other and are very happy. We have 2 son's together and to be honest, I am happier with him, than I ever was with guys my own age. They were either too immature or big ol mamma's boys. Don't worry about what ppl on here think.

I hope he's not married. Anyway the problem is more his than yours because you are a child until next year, when ( as if by magic ) you will supposedly become an Adult, TaDa!!
At this stage of the game, he is using you terribly and you haven't realized it yet. Philosophically, you aren't doing anything wrong, but you have made a bad choice-- and I would not be overly surprised if this guy is : a) married or b) an alcoholic.
Do get tested for AIDS.

Providing you both consent to it. Sleep with who you like. Age is just a number remember. I met my husband when I was 17, he was 33. My sister's husband is 20 years younger than her. My step son is 33 and his girlfriend is 15 and my daughter (also 15) had a boyfriend of 38. Trust me, it's just a number.

Wrong no,
Un ethical yeah probally a little.
Be careful I know someone like this that is 39 says she is 31 but she has a 17 year old daughter she stole her daughters boyfriend and is now going through men ( Ah sorry boys) like tissues,
you have to ask yourself what kind of mentally balanced woman would do that, and what is their motive? To make themselves feel young and worth wild again. just be careful and dont have unprotected sex, even if they say they had their tubes tied. Dont trust them..

If you are considering this USE PROTECTION no matter how much you love each other. One of you is 31 and has had other sexual partners.
Only you can say whats right but think about the reasons that you are doing this.

First of all you answer yourselves is it right to sleep with some one. Once you are sure it is right, it doesn't make much difference whether he is 21, 31, or 41.

No, not under any circumstance. Doesn't matter how mature you are, the law considers it rape and the 31 year old regardless of gender would be prosecuted if anyone found out. Even if you claimed it was consensual or that you have a relationship.

At 17 you are above the age of consent (in UK) and therefore you can sleep with whom you like as long as they are consenting and themselves ABOVE the age of consent.
I slept with a woman in her thirties when I was 18, she taught me a LOT about women and what they like. Go ahead sleep with her and learn all she has to teach.
