hey you can feed your dog cat crap and they will like it, but fries and burgers may be bad for them

You probably shouldn't...maybe a little bit of the hamburger meat would be ok, but not all the time. Dogs don't always digest starchy stuff like bread and fries very well. If you want to give him a treat that is a little healthier, you can try stuff like carrots, cooked chicken without the skin, and broccoli. My 2 dogs love all that stuff as much as they do greasy burgers. It feels like a treat to them, and it's waaaay healthier than fatty fast food.

Yes but I don't think you should make a habit out of it because your dog may be accustomed to "table/human" food and will refuse it's normal food.

When my parents brought a kitty home from someone giving them away at the supermarket, we gave her chopped up hotdogs because it we didn't have any catfood. Eventually, she would refuse food that wasn't warmed and that didn't contain bits of hotdog.

Not suggested on a daily basis, but I do feed my dogs scraps from time to time, but they say that is not good either, I guess it is just personal preference!
