No team. Last year spurs finished 5th and in the 93-94 season everton finished 17th which is bottom six. Only 5 other teams have been in all premierships and they are Arsenal, Aston Villa, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United,
Villa finished 2nd in the second premiership season!!!

Well, i did research and found NONE. I hope you are talking about the English Premiership. Everton and Tottenham come close but they both have beeen in the top 6 already so it cant be them. I have no idea. I would love for u to enlighten me on this, that is if u really dont know. But anyway, there is no team like this.

ONLY 10 teams from the first premier league are still in the top flight.
Man U . Chelsea,Blackburn and Arsenal have all won it.
Sheffield Utd and Man City been relegated.
Liverpool were 3rd Last year and Spurs 5th.
Everton finnished 4th in 2005
Villa were 2nd in 1993
So uneless its a trick quesion on team has.
