Yes, It is very easy to get pregnant again. As soon as your body ovulates again, pregnancy can occur. That can happen as soon as a few weeks or up to a few months after delivery.
And breastfeeding doesn't lower the chance anyway.. it is just a myth because sometimes your period doesn't return immediately while feeding, although ovulation is occuring.

My sister had babies 10 months apart. She got pregnant not even 5 weeks after the first baby.

I had my daughter 8 weeks ago and my doctor told me since I don't know when to expect my period then it's totally possible to get pregnant (I could be ovulating and not know it - so it's possible.)

Breastfeeding mothers generally take longer to get their first period after a baby. My doctor put me on norethindrone - a lower dose birth control pill for nursing mothers. Because I'm nursing the doctor said it was safe to start taking it after the 6th week. So since you're not - I'm sure you could start earlier with a different type.

Either way, you should be using birth control. My doctor also says that at least 18months between pregnancy is recommended - it's healthier.

Yes, my sister had trouble getting pregnant with her first so she didn't worry too much about geting pregnant because she was also breast feeding. She got pregnant within 7 months after her first one was born. I know so many people who had this same experience. I'm on the pill with a five month old because I wasn't goin to take any chances.

YEs very easy, you shouldnt be having sex until after 4-8 weeks anyways becasue of the risk of infection, and the myth about not getting pregnant if your breast feeding is just that a myth.

Right now you are as my doctor put it, fertile Mertle. However, it's not exactly the best time to get pregnant though. You need to give your body some time to recover. Talk to your doctor, they will tell you the medically recommended time to wait.
