this is a good site, theres plenty of games for action, word play, tetris and card games... that worked at my high school, college and now at uni... in fact i think i know more about the games than the degree im doing...hmmm...
but they never seemed to be blocked plus they are free
the only down side is you can only play a fair ammount of levels per game before your asked to upgrade and download the better version... but thats for when you get home!
hope that helps...oh its free to sign up too! but you can play without signing up tho!
my schools/colleges were very strict on game playing but that always went un noticed!

Heres a good online RPG game. Its a multiplayer game too.
Its called Zeus' Legacy.
Free,fun,worthwhile,and non-download.

definitly www.jippii.com it is fun and addicting games that are very arcadey or u could try runescape i used to play it at school
