Think about it, if EVERYONE driving would go THE speed limit, there wouldn't be any traffic! Someone always has to go faster than the other person as if they are going to get to that exit or car in front of them any faster. If you went 400 miles down the road doing the speed limit and someone passed you going ten miles an hour faster, they are going to stop before you because you will have more gas and can go farther, so eventually you would win the race!

Everyone is rushing to get home at the same time and one slow poke messes it all up for the rest of us.

because this is the time where most of the people particular to working class beat the start of the office hour and in the afternoon it is also rush hour because these people also beat the riding back home hour
