I am 26 yr old guy, I have done very very excess MASTRABUTING from last 12 yr.
Now I don’t get hard erection, if got then it is for very little time.
Also i don’t have confidence that I will perform well.

dont worry if you are not getting errections anymore. You are bored of masturbation. You have no more new thoughts to masturbate. Dont worry. And trust me whenever you need at first night with your girl or wife, You will need not to worry. Thats human nature, it wants change. Either change your thoughts or leave masturbation for few days, you will automatically get the urge. Dont worry about time at this time. Once having sex, that time it would be perfect .

If you are only 26 and having problems getting and maintaining a good erection, then I would suggest that you go to see a good physician to determine "why". At your age, you should have no problem at all with erections. In fact, you should get rock hard and point to the stars kind of erections. Perhaps you have a medical problem. Get checked out quickly. This could indicate a major medical problem, especially a cardiovascular blockage.

Based on your age and history you probably just have become bored with your autostimulatory behaviors and need to spice it up with some partner other than yourself.
Also, exercise will help a lot with your performance anxiety. Go for a nice brisk walk or slow jog after adequate stretching a warm ups and pay attention to your nutrition and hydration.
