Personally, I visit the pub in the corner and have a couple of White Russians.

When there is too much going around us we are filled of worries and we become stress, we start complaining about everything, the best thing you can do, is to ground yourself the moment you wake up in the morning. Take a deep breath at least 10 times to start your day. 15 minutes break of just relaxing, close your eyes and just don't do anything. You will see if you get in to the habit of doing this everyday that stress will be gone and people around you will be amazed. Try to take a bath and put a few drop of lavander essential oil on your bath, this will relaxes your nerves especially if you lit a candle. This is my daily routine, I can pass the whole day without feeling stress. My client never see me stress. I can work until 10:00 at night and I'm still smiling. If I can do it, you can as well, all you have to do is practice and you'll make it. Cheers.

I hear your pain. You sound as if your plate is full and you have no place to turn. Here are a few suggestions. Nothing is going to help as a quick fix, but try these few suggestions; if you can take a walk, even if it is cold, sometimes that helps. Also, turn to a friend to vent, it always helps to talk out how you feel. Hoping this is not going to be forever, and is only temporary, it is, (not that you want to hear this), something we all have to go through in life. It builds character, makes us stronger, but is a pisser to go through. I hate turmoil, have everything piled up and I can't breath, but somehow we turn to our faith, to God, in hopes he will walk us through difficulties in life. You need to be strong for mom and just know she would do the same for you if she could. Hang in there, be tough and focus what needs to be done. You will feel a great sense of accomplishment knowing you did something so difficult, and know mom is greatly appreciative. Good Luck!

Your next day off of school take yourself out for a treat....ice cream, massage, pedicure, shopping, facial....etc. Also, have a talk with your step-dad, maybe he isnt taking care of things because he thinks you want to or enjoy it because its for your mom. Let him know u are stressed and would like a little help....communication is the best tool!!

Do you not have any other siblings or aunts/uncles that could help? I can't imagine how hard it is for you. Maybe get your mum to move in with you temporarily until she's better? You're step dad sounds not nice... Tell your mum she needs to get rid of the pets. She's too unwell to have them. Maybe ask a cousin or reletive to take care of them for the time being.

Tell your slacker Step-Dad that he needs to help out. If he won't convince your Mother to divorce that smuck for lack of support.
Good luck.
