The only fish I would put in this pond in your locallity are gold fish as it would be to warm for koi in this shallow pond. Neons and cardinals are too small for a pond if you want to see them. Mollies require slightly salty water as they come from the Yucatan peninsula and live in esturine systems. If you do go for topical freshwater fish maybe some of yout local wild fish would live hapilly, such as bards or silver sharks.

You should not mix those fish.

Neon cardinals and tetras for one are river fish. They do not belong in a pond, and the koi and golds are likely to eat them.

A pond that is only 2.5 feet deep also restrits how many Koi and golds you can put in there as they get quite large.

Don't put in any mollies, neons or tetras. Asside from being too small, they are warmwater, tropical fish. They need a water temp of 80F, whereas goldfish/koi need 67-72F.

Your pond is fairly small, so Koi are out of the question, probably. Start with 8 goldfish and see how it goes.

you shouldn't mix those fish.....besides kois get their oxygen through the water...they need to be in a pond at least 4 foot deep...unlike a goldfish that comes to the top to breath.
