Are you serious? If so don't have any children until you get help there has got to be something wrong with you to ask such an asinine question. But to answer your question, considering the fact that you are black, then you baby will not be white. With each generation the gene from your great great grandpa dies out. By the way, how old are you?

Genetically it is possible, however, it's really a guess until the baby comes. A couple of months ago, I am not kidding about this, there was a news story about a family from Germany, I think, they had both nationalities in thier family history and they had twins and one baby was white and one baby was black. Both started out dark skinned, but one's skin lightened up shortly after birth.

No matter what how your baby comes be happy when it's helathy.

Did you ride the short bus? Where you in CDC? Did you have to take resource classes in school? My goodness what posesses an expecting mother to come on yahoo and ask total strangers if her baby will be white because she is black and has a great granddad who's white and a baby's daddy who is too. I really wish you weren't pregnant because you will be like those mothers who mistreat their children based on how they look. If this baby comes out to dark you'll have a baby by another white man with more dominant genes and cherish your light skin baby and make your dark skinned baby sweep, mop, wash dishes and do the laundry. It's sad ignorant women like you shouldn't even have a womb.

Why does it matter!?

Your great-great-grandfather was white. The father is white. You're mostly, black, though. It could go either way. Or neither.

Sure it could look white. It might look black. It might look mixed. Just ... like ... all ... mixed ... kids ... do. There's no way to predict it.

If you have a preference, though, I sure hope it's not for the wrong reasons. If your father was beaten by the KKK or something it's all right to PRIVATELY hope he looks white; you know, because you remember that discrimination ... but even then you might need counseling or something. But if you prefer white 'just because' I think you need to reconsider having kids.

As long as the baby is healthy the color does not matter. You should love it no matter what color it is.
